- Evaluate existing product interfaces
- Conduct user research
- Formulate requirements
- Determine task flows
- Create interface structure
- Design application screens
- Build working prototypes
- Write interface documentation
- Collaborate with managers, designers and developers throughout the system development life cycle to make sure the final product succeeds with its users.
